30 Day 100% Money Back Guarantee - PCforensicTools offers a conditional 30-day money-back guarantee.

Items may be returned for a 100% refund of the cost of the item, provided the item is returned in new, unopened condition with an Return Authorization (RA) number. All other returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee, provided the equipment has in no way has been abused or damaged.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items damaged in transit must be claimed through the carrier (normally UPS or FEDEX). We will make every effort to replace / repair any items damaged or lost due to shipping.

This item maybe returned for a 100% refund for up to 30 Days provided the item and its packaging has not been damaged or abused in anyway. Item must be returned with an RA number and according to our current posted return policy (see below).

To return a physical product that we shipped to you, you must e-mail us at support@PCforensicTools.com for an RA number and the return address, BEFORE returning the product. Please include name, invoice#, product, and reason for return. We will contact you with instructions for returning or exchanging your product within 48 hours.

Items returned without an RA number, or sent anywhere other then our returns department, will be subject to an additional $15 fee to cover our forwarding costs.

In summary, to return product:

• Contact us for Return Authorization number, which will include information of where to ship product back to.
• Properly prepare product for shipping. Make sure the box is adequate and properly insured.
• We will issue refund upon receipt and inspection of product.
• You have 30 days to request an RA#.

Please note that some software products are UNRETURNABLE if they are opened. No exceptions.
